dec propertyAt 1,396ft, 432 Park Avenue is set to become the tallest residential tower in the Western hemisphere.

With the international launch of 432 Park Avenue in May 2013, a new landmark is set to transform the New York Skyline. Upon its completion in 2015, the development designed by Rafael Viñoly will become not only the tallest building in New York City but also the highest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere.

Located on Park Avenue between 56th and 57th Street, the square tower will ascend 96 stories over the avenues of Manhattan. Through vast 10ft windows, the tower offers dramatic views stretching from the Bronx to Brooklyn, Hudson River to East River, plus prime perspective of many iconic Manhattan buildings.

In keeping with the tradition of New York City’s finest apartment buildings, residents of 432 will enjoy 30,000 square feet of amenities including a 75ft swimming pool, a private restaurant, screening room and board room. In-suite catering, a concierge, doorman and valet parking services will be provided by the building’s handpicked staff.

Residents have the exclusive ability to purchase climate-controlled wine cellars, staff apartments, office suites and storage facilities when tailoring the apartments to their individual needs.

According to CIM Co-Founder and Principal Avi Shemesh, “432 Park Avenue is quickly becoming one of New York City’s most prestigious addresses…” With prices to match, residences at 432 Park Avenue range from US$7 million to US$95 million. Buyers are predominantly from the US with others from the UK, China, Russia, the Middle East and South America. Standing 150ft taller than the Empire State Building, 432 Park Avenue has over half of the residences already sold, offering a new level of luxury to the New York City skyline.
